Company Overview

Patel Management, LLC has been under the guidance of Amish Patel, the operating partner since 2007. Currently Patel management operates 30 Dunkin locations in Palm Beach and Brevard county that number is set to increase through development and acquisitions. We have also expanded our reach into Buffalo Wild Wings GO with an aggressive growth plan over the next 5-7 years. In addition to these food concepts we acquire, develop, and own commercial real estate. With over 35+ years in the Dunkin System. We attribute our growth and success to a people first culture.

Prior to Amish taking over, Ajit Patel the father of Amish started off with 1 location back in December in 1984. Ajit acquired his 1 first location and worked hard to grow the business. Throughout the years he did acquisitions and development and he grew the portfolio to 9 locations. Ajit has now retired from the day to day operations but still serves as an advisor to the executive team.

Amish has served in numerous leadership roles within the Dunkin’ community, including the local Dunkin’ Advertising Committee and the Regional Advisory Council. He has also been a board member of NDCP, Dunkin’s supply chain cooperative, since 2015. During his time on the NDCP board, Amish has held key positions such as Treasurer and Vice Chairman, contributing to the organization’s strategic growth and operational efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family. Amish holds a degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Himang Patel

Buffalo Wind Wings Head/ Dunkin and BuffaloIT Systems

Himang has the pleasure of leading the Buffalo Wild Wings division for Patel Management, while also overseeing all point-of-sale (POS) related IT systems across the organization. In addition to his primary responsibilities, he supports the Dunkin’ operations team by assisting district managers with day-to-day operational needs.

Fal Patel

Chief of Staff

Fal Patel is a dedicated mother of two girls and a detail-oriented Chief of Staff with a background as a nurse practitioner. Her medical experience has honed her keen attention to detail, which she applies effectively in her current role. Committed to her job, Fal balances her professional life with family responsibilities seamlessly. In her downtime, she enjoys a caramel iced coffee, reflecting her taste for both comfort and indulgence.

Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Loss prevention, and Lease Management.
