Company Overview

Patel Management, LLC has been under the guidance of Amish Patel, the operating partner since 2007. Currently Patel management operates 30 Dunkin locations in Palm Beach and Brevard county that number is set to increase through development and acquisitions. We have also expanded our reach into Buffalo Wild Wings GO with an aggressive growth plan over the next 5-7 years. In addition to these food concepts we acquire, develop, and own commercial real estate. With over 35+ years in the Dunkin System. We attribute our growth and success to a people first culture.

Prior to Amish taking over, Ajit Patel the father of Amish started off with 1 location back in December in 1984. Ajit acquired his 1 first location and worked hard to grow the business. Throughout the years he did acquisitions and development and he grew the portfolio to 9 locations. Ajit has now retired from the day to day operations but still serves as an advisor to the executive team.

Amish is passionate about the brand and sits on the Regional Advisory Council. He also serves as a board member for NDCP Dunkin’s supply chain. He’s been on the NDCP board since 2015 during his time on the board Amish was Treasurer from 2018-2020. He loves spending time with his family when he is free. Amish holds a degree in Finance and graduated from University of Central Florida.

Chris Hill

VP of Operations

Chris has the pleasure of leading all the field team at Patel Management. He is a seasoned leader in QSR industry, possessing a wealth of experience in overseeing operations and driving development. With a strong background in QSR, Chris has successfully managed and enhanced operational efficiency while contributing to strategic growth initiatives within the industry.  Chris’s Favorite Item is Cold brew with flavored sweet foam.

Himang Patel

Director of Operations/ Managing Partner and Dunkin IT Systems

Himang has the pleasure of leading the Palm Beach operational field team as well as taking on the responsibility for all point of sale related IT systems within Patel Management.

Memory is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) training and management. Having serviced as a district manager in the past, Memory brings valuable expertise in QSR operations and a proven track record in hiring and team development.

Our office team supports all field functions which include HR, property Management. Accounting, Finance, Payroll, Loss prevention, and Lease Management.
