Required Competencies

  • At least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry.
  • Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position.
  • 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions.
  • 1 year of scheduling experience.
  • 2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience.
  • 5 years of cash handling experience.
  • 5 years of customer service experience.
  • 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics.
  • Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM.
  • Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High school Diploma/Equivalency.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

General Managers develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin’ Donuts standards.
